We only replace defective or damaged items. Send an email to support@essentialshoodies.ltd if you need to exchange it for the same item.

Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend that you:

  • Inspect the contents carefully for physical defects or shipping damage
  • Make sure you received the correct products
  • To receive a replacement, damaged merchandise must be reported within two business days of delivery.

Please follow the packing instructions below if you are not satisfied.

Return Packages

  • We do not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, or used.
  • When returning an item, please include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID number.

A refund will be issued once your item has been received back in its original condition and is found to be in good condition.  In the event that you prefer an alternate item or size, you will have to place a new order.

Please Note: Videos and CDs, posters, billboards, body jewelry, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, and books are not returnable.  Used, worn, or washed items may be returned at the customer’s expense if they are not worn, washed, or used.

**Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not available for original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes
